Donald L. Frick: Founder

From the heartland of Kansas to architectural innovation across the United States, Donald L. Frick’s journey is a testament to hard work, vision, and relentless pursuit of excellence.

Having faced one of the most challenging chapters of his life, much like a lot of people—a cancer diagnosis with a tumor in his throat the size of a golf ball, cutting off 90% of his airway. This led to a complete laryngectomy, a life-altering procedure that tested his resilience and determination. True to his character, Don has approached this challenge with the same strength and adaptability that have defined his career. 

Don has always had an entrepreneurial spirit and with the aid of his beautiful wife the Founded "thedapperneck.com." Rising to meet the challenges of Don's "new normal" after the laryngectomy, they founded The Dapper Neck, an online store dedicated to developing unique neckwear for men and women. Using innovative design and technology, Don created 3D-printed bow ties that seamlessly integrate with lary tubes and base plates, exemplifying his ingenuity and ability to turn adversity into opportunity.
